July 27, 2026, Todd Pepmeier, Chief Financial Officer of Arrive AI Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his
resignation from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 10, 2026.

 

On
July 29, 2026, Laurie Tucker resigned from her position as a director of the Company. Ms. Tucker’s resignation was not the result
of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
