Departure of Executive Officer
On July 27, 2026, Chad Roberts, the Executive Vice President, Production Solutions of Flowco Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), gave notice of his intent to resign as an officer of the Company effective as of the close of business on August 3, 2026.
