Magid notified the Boards of Directors of BayCom Corp (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, United Business Bank (the “Bank”), of her decision to resign as a director of the Company and the Bank, effective July 22, 2026. The decision by Ms. Magid to resign was not a result of any disagreement with the Boards or the Company's or the Bank’s management.
