EVERTEC DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON COMMON STOCK 

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO - July 23, 2026 - EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC) (“EVERTEC” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on July 23, 2026 to be paid on September 4, 2026 to stockholders of record as of August 3, 2026. 
EVERTEC’s Board anticipates declaring this dividend in future quarters on a regular basis; however, future declarations are subject to the Board's approval and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 23, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The Board anticipates declaring this dividend in future quarters on a regular basis; however, future declarations of dividends are subject to Board of Directors' approval and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change. The cash dividend of $0.05 per share will be paid on September 4, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 3, 2026.

A copy of the press release announcing the dividend discussed above is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
