On July 13, 2026, Shlomo Dovrat informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Unity Software Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a member of the Board of the Company. Mr. Dovrat’s resignation as a director will be effective July 24, 2026.
