Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

 

On July 2, 2026, Carson Heagen,
the Chief Operating Officer of Expion360 Inc. (the “Company”), notified the board of directors of the Company that he is resigning
from his role as Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1, 2026, due to personal reasons.
