On May 21, 2026, VenHub Global, Inc. (the “Company”)
received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company
that, as the closing bid price of the Company’s Common Stock for the last 10 consecutive business days, from May 7, 2026 to May
20, 2026, has been at $1.00 per share or greater, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), and
that this matter is now closed.
