June 16, 2026, Wayne Tupuola, President and CEO of the Company, informed the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”)
and the Company’s employees that he would be taking a three-month leave of absence for health reasons. The Board appointed Ann
Tewari, currently the Company’s Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Strategy, as Interim President of the Company.
