Agenus Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2026 (the “Annual Meeting”). A total of 27,098,077 shares of common stock, representing 65.24% of the shares outstanding and eligible to vote and constituting a quorum, were present at the Annual Meeting or represented by valid proxies.
