Commencement of ADR Trading on the OTC Market and Filing of Form 15F Rio de Janeiro, August 7, 2026, AXIA Energia S.A. ("Company" or "AXIA
Energia"), further to the market announcement disclosed on August 5, 2026, informs that trading of its American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs")
on the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) market commenced today. The Company's ADRs are now traded under the following ticker symbols: Security
New ADR Ticker Symbol Common Shares AXIAY Class C Preferred Shares AXICY Additionally, on this date, the Company filed Form 15F with the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in order to terminate its registration pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange
Act of 1934 and suspend its reporting obligations with the SEC. The Company's deregistration and the termination of its reporting obligations
are expected to become effective 90 days following the filing of Form 15F. The Company will continue to keep the market informed regarding
